Alhamdulillah telah selesai program Latihan dalam Perkhidmatan (LADAP) siri 4 yang bertemakan 'Wehdatul Fikr' iaitu Kesatuan pemikiran yang disampaikan oleh Dr Wan Ahmad Zakry Bin Wan Kamaruddin, Pensyarah Kanan Kolej Genius Insan USIM dan juga merupakan Pengetua Pertama Imtiaz Melaka.
Tema ini dipilih adalah bertujuan untuk memupuk kesatuan cara berfikir bagi mencapai matlamat dalam sesebuah organisasi di samping melahirkan guru yang sentiasa positif dan bersemangat dalam mendidik anak-anak Generasi Ulul Albab khususnya.
